All outdoor furniture is exposed to the environmental forces which degrade all materials
eventually. Ultraviolet light, salt spray, oxygen and physical abuse are the principle
threats to long life in the elements. Our furniture uses advanced material to address
these concerns to create the highest quality resin furniture known to date. The
thickness of Andure® is dramatically greater than popular light weight resin furniture.
Poly Concepts, LLC an Ohio Limited Liability Company, location at 601 E. Washington
Street, St. Henry, Ohio 45883, has the exclusive license to manufacture,
sell and distribute the outdoor furniture product line previously sold by Timothy
Maloney of Fincastle Chair, LLC of Strasburg, Virginia. All designs are copyrighted
by Fincastle Chair, LLC. Patents: 7,066,553 and 5,387,027.

MATERIALS
The components of our furniture are carved one piece at a time from solid blocks
of Andure® resin alloy with titanium ore. Our furniture will never splinter, chip,
crack, rot or peel.
Most of our products are constructed with mortice and tenon joints; however, a few
products utilize stainless steel screws.
MAINTENANCE
All our products are made from Andure® titanium resin alloy which is virtually maintenance
free. It will not rot, split, crack, peel or rust and ... It requires no painting.
Our products clean easily with a solution of bleach and water. Other commercial
cleaners such as Simple Green, Soft Scrub, De-Solv-It or Mr. Clean's Magic Eraser
also work well. The products can also be pressure washed.
Andure® furniture will scratch and scrape, which is virtually the only thing it
has in common with wood furniture. Deep scratches can be minimized by using a high-speed sander in a three step process
- Sand entire surface with #80 or #100 micro-finish sandpaper to minimize the depth of the scratch.
- Follow with #9 micro-finish sandpaper until smooth to the touch for a polished surface.
- Wipe surface with soft cloth.
CONSTRUCTION
Our furniture is made of interlocking parts which permit rapid assembly and disassembly
for seasonal storage. True mortice and tenon joints are used for most of the furniture
joints.
Improvements are made from time to time which can limit the interchangeability of
parts if they are purchased at different times or under dissimilar circumstances.
Check for interchangeability at time of any reorder.
ASSEMBLY / DISASSEMBLY
Easy-to-read assembly instructions are included in the shipment.
Unintended disassembly of the seating can be minimized by the optional locking mechanism
consisting of stainless steel hardware installed by the customer, using a screwdriver,
at two locations on the underside of the furniture.
Additional resistance to unauthorized disassembly can be achieved by specifying
that the screws have specialized tamper-resistant head which requires a specialized
screwdriver tool for installation and un-installation of the furniture.
PACKAGING
Small orders are normally shipped via UPS. However, large orders will be packaged
by stacking parts on pallets and protected by corrugated cardboard, bonded, shrink
wrapped and sent via common carrier.
DELIVERY AND FREIGHT
Normal delivery time is 4-6 weeks. Some items may be shipped in less time based on
availability of stock. Lead times may be extended for large orders which require
additional production and assembly time. An estimated delivery date is printed on
the sales order. All orders will ship FOB factory.
NOTIFICATION OF MISSING PARTS
Notification of a missing part must be made in writing within 7 days of delivery.
TERMS
50% deposit before order will be processed. Net payable within 30 days.
COPYRIGHTS & PATENTS
Poly Concepts LLC has the exclusive license to manufacture, sell, market and distribute
the patented Fincastle Chair LLC products in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean
and Related Islands, all Cruise Ship companies and Costa Rica. The structural system of the furniture is covered by two U.S. Utility Patents
(7,066,553 and 5,387,027) which is not limited by variations in style of appearance.
All designs, names and intellectual property are copyrighted by Tim Maloney of Fincastle
Chair LLC. The name Andure® is a registered trademark. AndureFlex® titanium resin/alloy
and BondedTeak® are copyrights of Fincastle Chair, LLC. Infringements of intellectual
property are vigorously pursued.
